Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Sofia
I grew up in a family where we never needed to visit doctors — because we had one at home. My dad is a naturopathic doctor who started out specializing in autism, and later expanded into neuropsychotherapy. I watched him study, work, and help people understand themselves my entire life.
Through his schooling and effort, he passed that knowledge down to me. He taught me the same units they teach in psychology programs — not from a textbook in a classroom, but around our dinner table and through real conversations. I grew up understanding why people do the things they do, and I was immediately drawn to this world.
I always knew I wanted to do this work. But I never wanted to be an employee — I've always had the vision to own my own place. After years of studying and researching different areas, I got interested in so many specialties that I made a decision: I'm not going to pick just one.
I want to build the place where people can come and receive everything they're looking for. But I'm 17 — I can't get licenses, I'm not done with school, I don't have a degree yet. So I thought: I'll start by gaining knowledge, building a network, and helping people connect with the right professionals. That way, when I do get my degree, the foundation is already built.
My Story
How I Got Here
This isn't a business plan I wrote in a weekend. It's a vision that's been building my whole life — shaped by my family, my curiosity, and a genuine desire to help.
Raised in Medicine
I grew up in a home where the doctor was always in the next room. My dad is a naturopathic doctor — we never needed to visit clinics because we had one at home.
Drawn to the Mind
When my dad expanded into neuropsychotherapy, something clicked for me. Understanding why people do what they do became my obsession — and my calling.
The Big Decision
After years of studying and researching, I realized I don't want to pick just one specialty. I want to be the place where people come and find everything they need.
Starting Now
I can't get licenses yet. I don't have a degree. But I can start building the network and knowledge today — so when I'm ready, the foundation is already here.
The Dream
The Vision
Right now, I'm one person — a 17-year-old building a referral network while finishing high school. And I'm okay with that. Every big thing starts small.
But the vision? It's much bigger. I want to study psychology, earn my degree, and eventually open a comprehensive mental wellness center — a real place where people can come and find everything they need under one roof. Therapy, neuropsychotherapy, group workshops, community programs, holistic approaches — all of it.
For a little while, it'll be just me. But I know that over time, I'll be able to expand and build a team of amazing doctors and professionals who share this vision. That's the future I'm working toward — one connection, one referral, one step at a time.
